CBD 101

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a naturally occurring organic compound found in the cannabis plant, known for its many health and therapeutic benefits.

Is CBD legal?

Yes, CBD is 100% legal! All our CBD products have been tested to contain less than 0.2% THC to comply with Irish and EU law. They are also derived from the approved list of species.

Will CBD make me feel high?

No, CBD does not have any psychoactive properties. THC is the psychoactive compound that makes you high.

What's the best way to consume CBD?

There are many ways to consume CBD. One of the most effective ways is to make tea using filter bags and adding your favourite sweeteners.

The easiest way to consume CBD is by putting CBD oil under your tongue for 30 seconds and swallowing. If you don't want to ingest CBD, we also have many balms and massage oils.

Payment & delivery

How does payment work?

Payment is made with credit/debit card via an invoice which we will send to your email. We currently do not accept PayPal, as they refuse to work with CBD companies.

I didn’t receive an email with a link to pay. What do I do now?

Please check your spam folder. The email with payment link should normally reach you within a few minutes of ordering, however can take longer outside of normal business hours.

How are products shipped?

All products are shipped through An Post. Our packaging is always discreet, with no mention of what’s inside. For more info, please visit our shipping page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders normally take between 1-2 business days to arrive, but can occasionally take longer due to delays in the post.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number.

It's been longer than 3 days and my order still has not arrived. Is this normal?

Although this is rare, occasionally orders can get held up in the post. This is nothing to worry about; most likely your order will be with you soon.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Almost 100% of orders we post arrive at their destination. However, on the rare occasion that your order doesn’t show up, please contact us on pandacbd@gmail.com to let us know.

Why has my order been cancelled?

We may occasionally need to cancel your order if an item goes out of stock, or if we don’t receive any payment.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Republic of Ireland only.

Is Panda Budz a legitimate company?

Yes, we are a legitimate company and have been providing CBD products to the Irish market since 2018.

Can I return an order if I change my mind?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and still in its original packaging.

How do I return an item?

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team at  pandacbd@gmail.com with the details. Please allow 24 hours for our support team to respond.
